We are two Greek families living here in Greater Manchester, and after dealing with the classic British weather for years, we decided to take matters into our own hands. We couldn't bring the Greek sun over here, but we could definitely bring the ultimate, messy, wrap-your-hands-around-it Greek sandwich.
